Miro Persolja "Rifrazioni Dell'Oltre"

Italian artist Miro Persolja's"Rifrazioni Dell'Oltre" exhibition opens on September 20, at 19.00 p.m. at the National Gallery of Armenia.
MIRO PERSOLJA, an international artist with Italian DNA who - far from following the easy fads and unintelligible language typical of contemporary art that dominates the art market - has set himself the objective of bringing art back to its natural purpose - to aesthetically move the spectator with the painting gesture, materials and colour. Colours paint our reality and surround us. Colours inflame our senses, our fantasy, our imagination. Colours create deep, intense emotions. Like the lines on a face, colours follow emotional changes and are the result of an infinite range of possibilities. They allow us to open a door to the inner world. By understanding their language, we can manage to change focus from a general, global view to a detailed, complex, and individual view. Persolja uses colour to ignite people’s emotional reality, with a logical language that is better understood in a psychological key. The way he uses the colours of nature - hues of green and blue in all shades - opens the door to the candour of the soul, while spots of red bring us back down to something earthier, reminding us of passion, the will to win, the will to do, and of burning desire. The red of pride mixes with the azure of feelings of eternity, calm and moderation, without ever forgetting the green of serenity, stability and perseverance. In his ability to use the colour azure - the colour of the sky and the beautiful Sardinian sea - Persolja pays homage to this land, which in time has also become his own. The colour green, symbol of creation, of nature, mother of all things
God made - in psychological terms encloses the solid values that never change and that give great intensity to inner wealth.
In Persolja’s artistic creations, there is no lack of iridescent chromatic solutions that interface with the luminous rays of sunlight, providing reflections full of artistic emotion. His paintings are a magical combination between truth and beauty, between real and unreal, between earthly and supernatural. Behind the chromatic appearances hides the artist’s personality, jealously guarded, perhaps even the suffering of a soul that continues to experiment in an attempt to come closer to the heavens, even with just a finger - and ask his questions. From this perspective comes forth the great intensity with which he interrogates the elements of life: the sun, the sea, the power of sunsets. There is a total invasion of supernatural nature - that is to say of that untouchable nature that man cannot modify even with his presence.
This great master has natural abilities that make his painting unique and creative. A window opens on the perception of the fragility, suffering and deepest sentiments that are such an important part of the human soul. His painting technique is easily recognisable. It is powerful. When we look at his paintings, a world opens inside ourselves and our psychological conditions. His works are refined and evocative.
His chromatic combinations are fascinating. They indicate strength, stability, balance, and life.
In his artistic work he uses various materials: sand crystals, special dyes, glass, and glitter, creating unique works of art with a great expressive value. With his colours full of light and his transparencies, he spreads a message of joy, inviting us to reflect on art and its future. Forever looking ahead, the artist renews himself through his materials, following a path towards himself and opening a mysterious and fascinating passage to the world of today. The absolute recognisability of his works and the great appreciation of collectors and art enthusiasts make him one of the main artists of the third millennium.
