National Gallery of Armenia

 The year 2014 is announced to be the year of Donelaitis in Lithuania. Alongside with this book presentation the Embassy will show the first pages and covers of the poem translated into several languages. “The Seasons” by Donelaitis has been translated into twelve languages of the world. The Armenian translation is the 13th one which has been done by Felix Bakhchinyan. The presentation will welcome the ambassadors of those countries accredited in Armenia, into which languages the book has been translated. They will also read a line from the poem in their mother tongue.
